Have there been changes to stealth lately?

I find that my Khajiit stamblade, when detected by enemies in crouch/stealth, is often still being followed by them after using Shadowy Disguise now. I used to see them all stop when I did that, but now some of them just keep following her the whole time. I am unable to get out of range and evade them like I used to.

Also, if I hit them after them chasing me and moving away from their original location, they go back to their original spot to reset, but they will again come after me again and again until I finally kill them.

Seems like this happens much more in Western Skyrim than in other zones, not sure why.
