The Exemplar Commorancy - Clockwork City apartment.

I would like to see an apartment style home set up in Clockwork City.

I found what seems to be a suitable location. It would reside above the crafting area with the entrance up top, by the wayshrine located in The Brass Fortress.

This would be a 2 story. Interior would be the exact model as the upstairs section of the Grand Depository. This should be a ready made asset. The Exterior door would need a door graphic and stairs placed leading to the door (not sure what you have in your model library to use for stairs).

I would imagine 5.5k crowns unfurnished. 7.5k Furnished. I always like gold options in game, but seeing as this would be a later addition with no quest unlocks or anything, I'd just make it crowns.
Obviously I do not expect this to happen, or anything similar but its just something I have wanted since Clockwork City came out. A reasonably sized housing option in the city itself.
There is another place I would rather see the house that is more aesthetically pleasing, but it would require some slight architecture changes to the city (the area does not involve quests).

Driving force behind sales would be a homestead close to a wayshrine, closest in game in fact. I would like to see 200/400 slots as a medium home.

This is the location. The door would be where the blue window is on the left. Would need a staircase made going up to the door.
(Note: The door could be on the bottom, but in order to best match the exterior to the interior, the door would need to be where the window is).

It is a very nice set-up and in a good location. I'd choose it over the current housing option in Clockwork City.

I really like the architectural style of Clockwork City as well, so +1 on this idea imo. I particularly love that staircase. The runic etching aside, the whole look always gives me a very Art Deco vibe.

Agreed! I love the Clockwork architecture and agreed that it has a bit of an art deco feel to it. There is another area in the city where the house would have nice curb appeal, but its a bit away from stuff and the city model would need to be slightly modified (to accommodate the second story of that apartment/home).

I'd buy it in a heartbeat, I mean no second thoughts, a straight mad rush to the crown store.

The problem is, I don't know if I'd ever leave

I would love this home in the Brass Fortress. The stairs are so nice.

Agreed @Pixiepumpkin I love those stairs and the little upstairs area. The wings at the bottom would be good for living, dining etc. I think its a great layout for a house.
