Forums and Google chrome on Win 10

So has anyone else had issues accessing the ESO forums using Chrome on a win 10 pc? When I access the site using the browser I get this bar at the top that keeps wanting to scroll down but doesnt and it keeps appearing and disappearing rapidly. I can't scroll and I cant select topics. Chrome works fine on a mobile device though (what I'm using to type this). Has anyone else had this? I have tried doing a clean install of chrome as well as a second pc (that one is really clean it's a new pc build) and both have the same issue.

But I don't have it at the office Windows server 2016 and Chrome.
Try updating your Chrome browser might help, i`ll do the same when I get back home.0 -
