✭✭✭✭✭Malacath's Ring of Brutality works like Vampire's -100% health regeneration.
No matter how hard you try, and no matter what you do, you cannot deal critical damage... EVER!
This is accomplished by the fact the ring isn't buffing your damage directly but after the damage is done. Why the damage tooltips never change after equipping the ring and how it effects proc sets.PC NA - Ceyanna Ashton - Breton Vampire MagDK5
