NPCs killed in the Inn or private home at Redfur Trading Post dont count for the Quest. I hope this is not intended because there is not a single NPC outside that one could kill undetected. Also "Enoring" (sitting on the structure south east) is unkillable with the Blade of Woe. The synergy appears, sound effect is played but the animation cancelles immediately and nothing happens (A bug that also often happens with NPCs that have some sort of structure behind their back, please finally fix that, its in the game since forever)
