i am outside the silvenar's hall and i dont see Lord Gharesh-ri. i am supposed to talk to him and i do see a quest marker on my map, but not on my compass.

✭✭✭✭✭Has run into plenty of issues in quest lately, but that was dlc zones and probably caused by all the dirty ESO- players farming the content during eso+ free week.
Lots of people doing an quest might cause it to freak out. restarting the game tend to solve it.Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.0
