Access code required
For the past week, I keep getting access code required to login to the game and have to check for an email code. This is very frustrating to have to do this each time I login and more frustrating when the code is not in my mail. I have been trying to play the game today but still haven't received a code (no, its not in my spam folder). Sent a bug ticket, but no reply and cannot get a hold of ZOS on the phone. At this point, I am paying for a game I cannot play. I've been playing for a year and only have had this starting happening the past week. I guess I am hoping a moderator sees this message and checks my ticket.
