Blastbones still snares, can any developer respond already?!

Blastbones still applies Hamstrung with a 60% snare, even though it doesn't say it'll apply this effect in the skill-description.
Players are exploiting this bug daily.

Can you temporarily disable Necromancer/Blastbones until fixed?
Can you finally respond instead of editing or deleting threads being posted, can you communicate with your customers?
We paid for this broken product after all and we want it to work already, we are tired of your consistent failures.

I think the right word is "sad", ZOS might as well remove these forums if they don't communicate with their customers.

yeah lol its still they dont care i already reported it 2 times and i know many people did
same for other bugs unless its crown or house item for the rp community they simply don't care
