Abilities for Tormentor.

So with the changes and fixes to the Tormentor set, I'm curious which abilities now count towards it?
I know some, but I've been trying find a complete list somewhere to no avail.

    Of the top of my head, most of the Drangonknight tanking skills will be inclusive in that set, as would be Dragon Leap. As would be a few of the Assassination skills under Nightblade.

    Its an interesting rework, but I don't see it being used by a lot of tanks, especially in group content. I could see it being useful in PVP, though

    I have so big plans with this set but unfortunately leap only target attack taunts so while you may hit 10 adds you are only taunting one!

    My build idea is a mobile tank. It sounds fun on paper but will have to test it in practice when i get the gear and when the new arena sets release.

    Here is my theory build and rotation. DK of course
    Swarm mother monster set
    Gallant Charge from BRP on front bar
    Void Bash Set from new arena on back bar
    Rush in with shield assault which costs 25% less from gallant charge and taunts
    Bar swap power slam which costs nothing and sucks in all adds
    Talons, roll, shield assault another add
    Talon
    Block.
    Chain if needed.
    By the time the DDs get there you have agrod, sucked in and CCd all the adds in a nice little talon bundle to aoe nukeing with any stragglers to far away from void bash on their way in via swarm mother or chains if necessary. charge leap there on the biggest one of the mob for extra fun.

    So looking forward to this build.

    It is highly unlikely that swarm mother or void bash will taunt using tormentor as non do damage despite being pull "abilities" (procs), but there may be a chance that the initial power bash taunts from that as it is damage and a pull proc. Have to see.

    I so want this built to work how I imagine. i would be a medium armour tank running with wild hunt ring!

    @Stinkyremy I don't know if Swarm Mother would work. Swarm Mother's proc isn't an ability and I don't think it causes damage

    It's not a recent change with next patch but some time ago, that they changed the amount of ability types that can cause it to taunt. It used to be just charge moves, so shield assault, now it taunts off of stuff like DK chains or silver leash as well.

    4 Adds 4% Healing Taken
    5 When you deal damage with a Charge ability, you gain 3642 Physical and Spell Resistance and taunt the enemy to attack you for 15 seconds.

    This is the new/changed one with Stonegarden:

    (2 items) Adds 1206 Maximum Health
    (3 items) Adds 4% Healing Taken
    (4 items) Adds 4% Healing Taken
    (5 items) When you deal direct damage with a Charge, Leap, Teleport, or Pull ability, you gain 3642 Physical Resistance and Spell Resistance and taunt the enemy to attack you for 15 seconds.

    That's why I'm looking for a list, to find which abilities work as an aoe taunt. So far I know the templar one, werewolf leap, stampede, lotus fan, and streak. Hmmmm, maybe frozen gate count as a pull?

    I know it won't be some meta stuff, but I think it can be fun and unusal.
    I guess I will just have to go through the skill list.

    Absolutely.

    My Templar Tank uses the following:

    Tormentor
    Leeching
    Torc of Tonal Consistency

    I have 0 points in Magicka. The idea is to burn Magicka as quickly as possible using Sun Shield (Radiant Ward), Extended Ritual, and Explosive Charge. Once I am below 50% Magicka, the Torc of Tonal Consistency kicks in. As well using Repentance for those big stamina bursts.

    I have Reduced Block cost across the board with One Hand and Shield on both bars. As well as Defensive Stance on the front bar where I spend most of my time.

    Makes for a very fast paced Tank that go move from group to group, maintaining aggro the entire time. Has great survivability, and near endless Stamina.

    It doesn't provide crazy buffs like a Trials build, but that isn't the point of the build.
