Can't access account or store site at all, please help

I can't access the account or store websites at all, it just keeps telling me the site can't be reached. There is nothing wrong with my internet connection whatsoever, I am able to play multiple games at once even. I can access every other website I normally visit. I even tried clearing my entire browser cache and tried multiple browsers but I still can't connect. I was able to briefly for a few moments and noticed some updates with the site and TOS, which I accepted. When I went to buy some crowns, thinking it finally worked, it redirected to take me to the proper checkout page but went back to "This site can't be reached." I really need some help here, is it just me??

Are you able to access our support site to submit a ticket regarding this issue? Or do you encounter a similar log in issue?

It finally loaded again and let me complete a purchase. I have a feeling I'll continue to have these errors in the future but for now its working alright. Thanks for the reply.
