Ping increase, Slow to total Freeze and DC on certain trials

Hi, I run in windows 10, gtx 1050 ti , i7 2600. using launcher, not steam.
In certain instances , specially during Sunspire, or Cloudrest, my ping will start increasing, everything will become frozen except my character. My internetconnection is fine, I can hear the raid on discord, I can even see ingame text on teh guildchats and type. But everything will be frozen and after 5-10 seconds the game disconnects me.
I have tried resetting router, restarting computer, disabling addons, but it continues to happen.
Anyone experinecing this? PLease look at this video of it happening
