Since you guys at ZoS are testing some tweaks about aoe in pvp, i would like to suggest you to have an eye at the "Y-axis" of the AoEs in TESO.
in facts, when it comes to single target weapons the range limits takes all axis into consideration before firing or trigger while AoEs are getting through grounds way too often.
the Y-axis on aoe doesnt even make them "spheres" but somehow "column" of dmg making breaking the line of sight through getting 1floor lower particularly unefficient for th runer and aoe overefficient for the AoE-er.
