Wild impulse set damages through cloak!

The wild impulse set bonus gives impulse an additional damage over time effect. This damage over time effect for some reason is able to hurt Nightblades through their cloak. Normal Dots do not deal damage through cloak, but this one does. Every time someone has abused this bug on me in pvp they were using the elemental ring morph of impulse. Idk if that is what causes the bug or if both morphs cause the dot to damage you in stealth. Needs to be fixed before more people start abusing this in pvp.
I wrote a poem that I titled, "The ganker's delight."
