Zero Stamina recovery

My Character sheet shows zero stamina recovery. I had to close the game and restart for it to show back up. This is on PS4 NA. This occurred in Cyrodil.

I've had this on PC NA in cyro as well recently.

Ive had that too, dieing fixed it. Atleast I think thats what fixed it.

I did a post about this, too, almost a week before yours. It hasn't happened again yet, but I've only been back to Cyro twice since. I had to close the game and relog, reloading ui and dying didn't help.

I've had this problem since February I've worked with zos sent videos etc.... All I get are excuses and bullcrap
