Zero Stamina recovery

My Character sheet shows zero stamina recovery. I had to close the game and restart for it to show back up. This is on PS4 NA. This occurred in Cyrodil.

I did a post about this, too, almost a week before yours. It hasn't happened again yet, but I've only been back to Cyro twice since. I had to close the game and relog, reloading ui and dying didn't help.0 -
