Precison Tool BUG

When i link item together in a precise way (perfectly neat and clean, leveled etc)
Then i move them using the precision tool, BUT when i confirm where i want to put them there's a slight misplacement of these item relative to each other, maybe like 2 or 3 mm on my screen.
Adding multiple movement and you end up with a mess!
Do you have this problem?
Can someone help?
It's ruining my builds, IT MUST BE CLEAN!
