Boxes bug out when you hand in a writ, have to keep logging in and out

I've seen that in Rawl a few dozen times over the last year or so. I usually get passed it by riding a loop back through the intersection with the alchemy table. A shorter loop doesn't seem to work, and I end up going through the alchemy area anyway.

If you get back to the area fast enough - you can watch the turn-in box rise up out of the crate it sits on.

I've seen it in Summerset twice or three times, but not lately.

The alchemy turn in does have one tiny place where you can click the activator when it bugs like that. It’s a pain to find.
