Took My Crowns, Didn't Give Me the Crates

I just bought 4 crown crates on my EU toon Cinderlaine. It took the crowns but did not give me the crates. It was cycling after the purchase and I got DC'd. When I got back on the 1500 crowns were gone but I didn't have any crates.

You may need to wait up to 24 hours before the crates appear in your crown crate menu. If they do not show up within that timeframe please let us know.The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited - ZeniMax Online Studios
