Immovable (Heavy armor skill morph) seems bugged.

I just tested the Immovable skill on a bull in vet falkreath with or without the skill active + slotted.
Conclusion: I take the exact same amount of damage while blocking as when I get my major resolve from other sources.
Major resolve seems to apply just fine - but the +5% blocking pr. heavy armor piece doesn't seem to negate any more damage while blocking at all.
My health jumps directly from 47k down to 33k when I'm using Immovable and using any other source of Major Resolve.
the +5 pr piece doesn't seem to do anything other than slowing me for 65%, the debuff on me works just fine!!
This is not on the PTS but base game

Spartabunny08✭✭✭✭Probably not registered you're actually blocking. Since the block rework it's still really bad. I hate tanking now it's almost suicide. Lol
