What is the difference between 280 stable ping and 280 unstable ping when parse dummy?

    well tbh the ping number you see there is not usable by any means to judge server lag. I'm fairly certain it just updates every 15s returning the lowest ping value across those 15s. This is why cyrodil is unplayable at an apparent 150 ping even though abilities and some actions have response times of 1-2 seconds.

    Pretty much stable ping give me 41k dps when parse while unstable ping only give me 18k dps or even dc from server
