PS4 : PVE dungeon Search is twice bugged - MUST BE FIXED ASAP

Hello,
1 : If you are alone, and do a search for random dungeon for XP, and another stupid #@$#*$ don't accept two times, you get banned for 16 minutes.
2 : If you are under lv 50 and do a search for random dungeon, when the dungeon start, you get a message : you are too low level for this dungeon (even if you have the level - example Arx Corinium I got the problem 3 times - i am lv 43), the 3 others players get in the dungeon and you don't. Worst YOU GET BANNED FOR 16 MINUTES IF YOU LEAVE THE GROUP, don't ask me to travel to the dungeon, i tried it don't work, and i don't have tp point in the area..
I am leveling with XP Scrolls, and i lose 16 minutes each time.

fced✭✭Two random dungeon, two time the same bug, i asked the group to kick me, and i got 11 minute ban
It is awful for levelling up with scrolls
Another player in the same group got the same bug than me, lv 25

✭✭On PC also is bugged - I queued for random dungeon with 42 level character and it queued me to veteran dungeon - at 42 level you can't do vets so I don't even teleported there but get instant 15 minutes ban...PC | EU | DC |Stam Dk Breton1 -
ForeverJenn✭✭✭Yes. I've left an in game bug report on this. No answer. It seems that if the person chosen as the leader of a random norm has his/her group set as Vet, the queue thinks it's a vet dungeon even tho it's not. Only ppl qualified for vet csn enter.1
