Looking for some quick help on login issues

I apologize - I submitted a post to the PC tech, but I need a quick fix if anyone knows one.
My children and I play ESO together - they more than I. This weekend they're camping out in my house so we can play the Greymoor expansion. But we can't play because none of us can get logged in or stay logged in. We are all trying from my house, but I don't think that should make any difference. We get these two errors, which don't make sense.
ESO login error 108 (7:5:331:0) or
ESO login error 200
This reason they don't make sense is we did a speed check on my internet and it's fine. Every other program on our computers are running fine. And yesterday my daughter played on my computer for hours without a problem - and then last night this started. Now it's like this:
- we can't log on
- if we do get on, we can't interact with game instances (NPCs, whatever)
- If we do get in AND we can interact with game instances, then about ten to fifteen minutes in, the game freezes and we get kicked.
This is really frustrating because this weekend I bought the group - all four of us - the Greymoor Update at the sale price of $39 each. Now we can't even get in to play it together.
If anyone else has had this experience, it would be nice to get a fix today and not have to wait a week or longer.
