Can't Log on, Constant Kicks

My kids and I play ESO together. None of us have been able to log today. We're trying from my house. I bought the all - all four of us - the Greymoor Update. Now we can't even get in to play it.

ESO login error 108 (7:5:331:0) or

ESO login error 200

We did a speed check on my internet and it's fine. Every other program on my computer is running fine. Yesterday my daughter played on my computer and she played for hours with no problem. Now it's like this:

- we can't log on
- when we do get on, we can't interact with game instances (NPCs, whatever)
- If we do get in, and we can interact with game instances, then about ten to fifteen minutes in, the game freezes and we get kicked.

This is really frustrating.

they are both network errors rather than game errors so you may want to check your router, firewall, anti-virus or ISP.

Starting yesterday, I've suddenly begun getting a lot of these errors as well, particularly when first logging in or when attempting to travel to a guild house, at which point I get booted and then have trouble logging back in afterward.

Sometimes I'm able to log in and sometimes not. I'll certainly give the above link a look/try, but it's odd that this has just started happening despite no changes being made to my home network.

Edit: Still happening even with the port forwarding (firewall exceptions were already in place). I specifically get booted pretty much every time I try to visit a guildie's Grand Psijic Villa. I then am sometimes able to log-in, but after selecting my character, it sits at the "requesting character load" window for a while before booting me back to the log-in screen. I then begin running into Error 108.

As an example, earlier this morning, I received Error 108 at my first log-in attempt but then got in fine. Played in Greymoor without any issues. I tried porting to the Grand Psijic Villa and was kicked. I've been unable to log back in since then. At first, I could log in but couldn't get past the character request screen (it just kept sending me back to the log-in screen). Now I can't actually log in anymore, as I keep getting a mix of Errors 108, 200, and just recently 301.

Seems to be working now, at least for today, after some downtime by my ISP yesterday. So if it wasn't ESO's servers, I suspect it was probably the cable co., which wouldn't surprise me.

The game is broken - again, or is that "still".

I have 100MBps fiber internet on a gaming PC. I cant even complete a daily writ without it kicking me. This has occurred all morning.

Don't blame the customers - fix the game.
