Hi. Quick steam qu wondered if anyone can help with. I subscribed to Eso + last month on steam. I don't like storing credit card details on third party sites now so always delete them. Got a notifcation today that Eso+ was up for renewal so put my cc details in to buy another month. Nothing happens. Tried cancelling the Eso+ subscription and then buying a new month - can't do it from store page and when you try to do it from subscriptions page, again nothing happens. Basically, my account page still says due for renewal 3rd october - but when you go into the detail on that subscription, the subscription says it's cancelled. It's not a biggie - Eso+ is really just a nice to have for me, with the big downside of DLCs in the RND queue - but wondering if there's a trick to making it renew? More generally, why on earth don't Zeni offer a 1 month non recurring subscription?
