Bug with Destruction Staff.

I played ESO yesterday and everything was fine. But today I go into the game and try to make an attack with the staff of destruction. But he writes to me that 'ability requires Destruction Staff' which is kinda weird. I have the staff of destruction and what abilities need to attack someone?

I tried to switch a staff but it doesn't work either.

Want to add that when I use a bow ability it is the same problem, but it says 'requires bow'.

Did logout and log back in, or reloadui fix it?

Yes, I tried it many times.
