All abilities suddenly not working.

I'm using a controller, can open options, take potion, but any ability just stopped working. The icon responds but there's nothing. Switched to keyboard and the same thing. I relogged and it's back to working again, wtf is this? I was in a delve when it happened. Anyone else experience this?

Try roll-dodging or bar-swap, that usually fixes this. If not, relog yes.

I know about that weird bug, but this was something different and roll dodging didn't work. It was actually exactly the same thing that happens right before I'm about to crash, but I never did. My bar swap also wasn't working.

It has happened only once on the day I posted this. It just started suddenly after attacking a bear in Shadowgreen delve, no other issue arose inside or outside the game with any other program.

I had this issue a few times, specifically in Cloudrest, when the team starts the fight and I'm not in the bosses areas yet, so I get pulled there. I can't use any ability, can't block and can't swap bars. The only thing that fixes is logging out and back in. Some other friends experienced the same, but all this happened about 2 months ago.
