It not only kept track of all the gear you've collected across all of your characters (thank you, Markarth), but it kept track of all the achievements you've collected across all of your characters.
Come on, y'all knew it was coming.
On a side note, I'm very pleased about the Transmute cap increasing. Maybe we can get a cap increase on Housing furniture next, as well as Outfit slots?
Furniture slots have always been a complaint amongst major decorators, especially when it comes to large scale houses. Most large scale houses, such as the Grand Psijic Villa, can't reach the level of detail as certain other houses due to the sheer size of it. You either have to block parts off, leave them empty, or put very few furniture in certain places, which ultimately leaves that portion of the house feeling dull.
When the Outfit system came out with the Dragon Bones DLC in February 2018, there were about 55 Motifs available. According to UESP, there are now 89 Motifs available. There's been about a 61.8% increase in the number of available Motifs, but a 0% increase in the number of Outfit slots available. This isn't even counting the addition to Monster set Motifs, Daedric Artifact weapons, Crown Crate/Gem exclusive Weapons, etc. Players want to create more outfits with the larger selection of Motifs available for them, but need to sacrifice what they already have at a much larger rate then when the Outfit system first released. I like having a lot of Outfits, I just wish I could upgrade my wardrobe to fit all of them, and put them to use without throwing other ones away. An extra 10 slots would be a blessing.

That when brothers wage war come unfurled!
Alduin, Bane of Kings, ancient shadow unbound,
With a hunger to swallow the world!"
