Dungeon finder doesn't keep your spot anymore

I just qued as DPS, waited a while as expected.
Que finally popped and the other DPS was afk and didn't accept.
Normally the trial finder would say some thing like 'Somebody declined, we'll keep your spot in que'. Now it doesn't hold put you at the front of the line, it just ends the que entirely if the group fails having to reset the entire wait again.
