Playing werewolf and pounce stops working

Anyone else have issues with pounce on werewolf? PvE? PvP? Can you describe from memory what, in your opinion, scenario may be causing the issue/conflict in game? Thank you all.

It's always after it gets to be a bit hectic and I've used pounce rapidly after applying the second slash attack that I will be locked out of using pounce. Specifically I remember aiming at a target and the pop up saying that my target is in range, while in werewolf form, even though I'm about to give the wildest hug in hugging range.

I just get disappointed and untransform just to build up ultimate and try to not "over-use" pounce I guess. I really, really want this looked at and fixed. I'm trying to make this work for a werewolf tank but if I can't pounce then I can't taunt with tormenter.
