This from the official info: 2. ELIGIBILITY.
All participants must (a) be at least 18 years of age or older or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of
residence, whichever is older, (residents of Alabama or Nebraska must be at least 19 years old; residents
of Mississippi must be at least 21 years old), at the time of entry; (b) possess a valid form of identification;
and, (c) be a legal resident of: one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, Belgium, Canada
(excluding the Province of Quebec), Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary,
Ireland, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, the Russian Federation, Spain, Sweden,
Switzerland, or the United Kingdom. All applicable federal, national, state, provincial and local laws and
regulations apply. Void where prohibited, restricted or where Sweepstakes Group would be subject to a
tax by law. Excluded from eligibility are officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives of
Sweepstakes Group, its agencies, suppliers of the materials and services related to this Sweepstakes, and
members of any immediate families (defined as parents, siblings, children and spouses, regardless of
where they live) or households (whether or not related) of such officers, directors, employees, agents and
sales representatives (collectively above, the “Eligibility Criteria”).

We poor residents of Florida have been barred from all previous sweepstakes and I am trying to ascertain if that is once again the case here as the wording is extremely vague (unlike previous sweepstakes where is was clearly stated residents of Florida were barred from participating) and basically requires everyone to look up their own state laws and then guess if they apply to this sweepstakes as apparently cash prizes are not involved. Some clarity would be appreciated.

    Why in the world would they bar Florida residents from participating?

    Florida has really strict laws about sweepstakes requirements.

    In previous sweepstakes they've at least been honest enough to state up front that Florida can't participate. This time around it's just like, "Gosh we dunno if you can participate or not. Go look up all your state's statutes and laws!" Please. They know.
