Item Sizing/Scaling Suggestion

It would be fantastic if we could get a sizing/scaling system in ESO. This function would be an essential addition to housing that allows you to adjust the size of a furnish piece to suit your creative needs. For example, take a candle for instance, for it already being small you could scale its size to be as large as a tower or small as a ant.
I feel eso in general has a furnish count deficiency and adding this would also help combat that deficiency immensely.
