How many weeks has guild trader bug existed?

No. Tomorrow there is no new patch, not even maintenance. Consoles get a patch on Wednesday, but it's going to be identical to the one PC got this week.

At least 5 maybe 6 weeks now, they have managed to fix it a few times for like the last days right before the trader swap then it bugs out again.

As for a fix with the new way they do maintenance once every 2 weeks or so due to their agreement with Stadia, I don't see it getting fixed anytime soon.
