After seing all these OP wws in BGs i decided to make a char and test that bs out for myself.
Orc WW. What crafted sets are people using in below 50 BGs these days? I was thinking something like
1. Ordnus scales:
(2 items) Adds 129 Health Recovery
(3 items) Adds 1206 Max Health
(4 items) Adds 1206 Max Health
(5 items) While you are under 60% Health, your Health Recovery is increased by 50%.
2. New moon Acolyte
Sounds like a good combo?

✭Seems a decent combo. There are plenty of options when it comes to sets providing health back.
I think a lot of folk overlook the set, Kvatch Gladiator, which can be devastating once in execute territory.1
