Cartographer Drop Rate Decrease?

So before the current event, I was farming the cartographer outfit and was doing pretty well on getting the drops. But ever since the event started I haven't gotten anything. Literally farming all day and still, nothing. Did they nerf the drop rate? Or is everyone farming the dungeon screwing up the drop rate?
