Princely Dawnlight Palace Crashing - XBOX

Every time I try to go to the palace I crash. It will try to load back into the house, and after 4-5 tries it will let me in BUT then every item is blacked out. The house has 679 items in it. Not a whole lot of them animated. I have done the quit game reset XBOX all of it. Submitted many tickets no responses no fixes. At this point I can't even go there. Did a housing tour last night. Tried 4 times to get in the house, got in and it was black. I left before I crashed again and spent another 30mins in load screes.
