Yes, I read the patch notes where the "stuck in combat" bug was "fixed"... I guess for most classes it is. Wartdens however, are STILL STUCK IN COMBAT all the time! PvE, PvP. You name it. NPC aggro? Finish a world boss? Kill a wolf? 10-20 seconds I can't mount. When you're racing to try and make a Harrowstorm before it goes down during an event... really frustrating to see the winds die just as I run up. And that's literally run up, because I can't mount since I rode into deep water and a bear aggro'd,
