[PC NA, Western Skyrim] Very hard to log in, extremely lag, constantly kicked out from game

Either I struggle with connection time out in log in screen and character screen, or constantly kicked out from game without any message while I talk to NPC, moving, fighting WB or Harrowstorm halfway, wasting hour dying and didn't get any reward.
