Greymoor upgrade w/ older chapters?

I am not understanding ESO’s website. Is there a digital Greymoor upgrade that includes other chapters (Elsweyr, Summerset, and Morrowind) but NOT the base game? I would like to get Greymoor, but really want the older chapters too and I don’t need the base game ( I have the physical gold edition). Alternatively, if I got one that included the base game, would I still have access to the dlcs I have now? Thanks.

✭✭✭✭✭If you don't have the previous chapters, @Shadowspawn42, the base game + Chapters is the what you need to purchase (Digital Collector's Edition or Standard Edition).
Even though the base game is a duplicate, you won't lose progress or the DLC access you already have.
As you're aware, the Upgrade only contains the Greymoor chapter ... which won't meet your needs.
There is no option for all the Chapters without the base game.

✭With ZOS, upgrades generally don't include older content. They're just the two dungeons or one small dlc with no extras when you do the upgrades. Better to wait for the sales and buy packages that specifically say they include older content. A lot of people got confused this way when upgrading to Elseweyr.0 -

EirgarthEldjarns✭✭✭Once a new chapter hits, the old content becomes DLCs, so they are included with ESO+... they are then put up for crowns. This has been like this since Summerset (when Morrowind turned into a DLC). Not a bad system but yea, the way things are worded in the store is off.0
