Is possible to STOP nerf solo / small scale players ?

According the last years and so many change, and concerning the next patch note i would say just 1 thing and hope a lot are agree with me.

Is it possible dev team stop to nerf player veteran in that game i mean ( solo players and small scale players) plz???

Your game start to be really anoying, nerf heal -20% cause was -10% battlespirit but in cyro it -20% healing concerning before, a lot horrible proc set are still in game like this one for gapcloser "unleashed terror". Btw against that set i remember 2 or more years ago you said u want stop push people to spam gap closer with nerfing damage of gapcloser and now we have this proc set pushing people to spam gap closer i don't know why add that new proc set??
And now you want to nerf the Major Protection to again nerf more solo / small scale players i don't get it really, Can you zos dev team please said definetly if you going for full casual game where skills cap and competitiv game play pvp is not needed anymore ??

    i don't get your point , i'm playing Sheer Venom and Venomenous set with poison injection on my stam NB, it's called 'light attack build.
    also my stamsorc is draugrkin dual wield bleed, i bought the dlc just for that *trollface*
    at the moment i pay for a game i think , i 'm able to play whatever i want. Get rekt vet ppl , noob pew pew in da place

    And soon i'll have a free house and a guest house, so who care about ur laggy , cooldown, zergling, nightcaping toxic PvP ?

    Your NB is about to get a big nerf in U28. The buff we just got for 258 weapon damage is being changed to penetration. Executioner passive also got a big nerf to rss regeneration with restored rss nearly cut in half. Minor main from shade dropped from 15% to 5% also.

    Honestly all stam solo builds need a second look. It’s making an already inferior play style even more inferior at least from a PvE perspective.

    These major/minor changes will drastically help solo/smallman players, idk what you are on about. The defile change alone makes it unbelievably easier for solo/smallman. Having mending and Vitality reduced will again mostly help the solo player since groups have such an easy time getting this buff. Protection again hard carries groups that can have multiple wardens with perma.

    Do I even have to talk about undodgeable major vuln when fighting against 20+ as a solo player?
    At the same time this change is also going to remove a knowledge gap that meta hoppers use to feel like they are better than new players.

    The new mythic ring is going to be Bis on solo players too. The healing it provides is insane.

    Not sure what some of you guys fighting when you are soloing :D But dont tell me you fight 1v20 or 1vBallgroup - then you must have spend a lot of AP in Ballgroups pockets :D even with bomber u just barely stand a chance to bomb a full 12 man squad that has some idea what they are doing. But as I know some bombers even consider themselves "solo bombing" when just jumping out of a 50man blob into 10 xD.
    So major protection nerf helps you nothing against ballgroups unless u siege/fight them together with full zerg and thats not called "soloing" thats called "front keep lfg group". Ofc its a huge nerf for ballgroups no question.
    I guess what he actually wants to say is that this also hardly affects ppl that 1vX,2vX in ressource tower or bgs. Especially for Wardens Frost with major protection is an awesome survivability ressource. No idea how otherwise sometimes you shall survive all those proc set wanna be pvper that pew pew all day together with 3x others and think they are pro.
