The release dates are unknown, they're just included in the U28 PTS files.

The ones from U27 will all be available before U28 launches, so it's possible that we will get these sometime before U29 but there's no guarantee.

The Rkindaleft weapons might actually be the few dwarven designs I use for my characters. They look like they were made with Aetherium or something along those lines, pretty cool!
