I have always said this, keep that in mind zos with the duality of the queue.
That said I have a good idea! If you're solo queueing in one queue and after a time no game is available, a window should pop up asking you to join a game in the other queue(provided there is one). If you're in a group in grp queue, your group can be random teamed or just not included in this or whatevs, but this should cut down on wait times which was the primary reason 2 queues weren't done earlier.
