It's getting pretty tedious to see my stamina just not going up at all, and running out in cyro fights because of it.
I even notice it when mounted - hit rapids, then watch as my stam bar just sits there not moving.
Switching weapons seems to make it jump back up as normal.
ZOS please fix this asap, its infuriating.

Not to mention the horror of a low level mount on a new character.0
