Crypt Of Hearts Freezing!

This dungeon keeps freezing on me when I get to Uulkar Bonehand. It's done this 3 times already.

Any ideas?

Used Duel Weapons the 1st 3 times, tried Bow the 4th - every time it freezes.

And yes, I even tried disabling EVERY addon installed. This is frustrating because I'm just stuck here, no way to do anything or go anywhere.

Are you trying to do the quest or just clear the dungeon? If you're just clearing the dungeon, skip him.

Well, I finally did it! Changed the DPI setting for the game and running it in Win8 compatibility. Not sure if one or the other, or a combination of both allowed it. But happy to have completed it solo

I mean, yeah, the place is freezing with cold corpses ... gives most player-characters the shivers just thinking about it ...
