This would allow toggling overload to maintain near 100 percent uptime and MA. Sorcs will rule for a short while and then get nerfed to oblivion.

Not really... Since every overload attack costs 21 ultimate, and it rounds down, you will get 1 second uptime for every light attack, making it 1.5 less efficient than any other ultimate. And I am not even counting in that you don't generate ultimate during overload.

I am using it with atronach/destro ult and doing just fine.

Toggling overload costs 0 ultimate which would provide 0 seconds of major slayer therefore you have even less idea of what you are talking about than the original post...
