Has there been anything said about this. When they removed the stealth passive from bosmer I’m sure something was said about there being a stealth skill line.

✭I’d like to add this isn’t a complain thread about bosmer losing there stealth passive just curious about this potential stealth skill line as I love the thieving part of eso hhh0 -

✭I also believe this should happen, where you could add skill points into stealth area reduction and sneak speed, so you don't need to be a Vampire to get normal sneak speed.
For Example,
Stealth area reduction,
1 skill point- 1 meter area reduction
2 skill points- 2 meter area reduction
3 skill points- 3 meter area reduction
4 skill points- 4 meter area reduction
5 skill points- 5 meter area reduction
Stealth speed
1 skill point- +20% to sneak speed
2 skill points- +40% to sneak speed
3 skill points- +60% to sneak speed
4 skill points- +80% to sneak speed
5 skill points- +100% to sneak speed, equal to Normal movement sneak speed.

✭✭✭✭✭They can add stealth skills for everyone, but as long as Bosmer are still the worst at stealth (even Imperials are currently better), the wood elf lore and tradition remain violated and discarded. Even worse, they gave us a PvP only passive that nobody asked for or wanted. And even that is a joke, as the passive itself compromises player stealth and makes us more visible to hidden enemies.5 -

✭A stealth skill line could help for people who don't run an optimized stealth setup. I do and i'm literally invisible while standing on a guard's toes, but I have to use certain gear sets on a khajiit for that.Xbox NA healer main

Your definitely right mate and I agree with you bosmer and Breton are my all time favourite races in the elder scrolls so I know what you mean. Just wanted this thread to be about the potential stealth skill line or to at least get the idea of one out there but yh bosmer should be the stealthy boss ⚔️They can add stealth skills for everyone, but as long as Bosmer are still the worst at stealth (even Imperials are currently better), the wood elf lore and tradition remain violated and discarded. ✭✭We already have what should be a stealth skill line: legerdemain. Hell, there's even a skill there called 'Improved Hiding' that does nothing to improve hiding -- rather it instead improves moving around in hiding, kinda sorta, by reducing the stamina cost.
I won't otherwise derail your thread beyond agreeing with Jaraal.Taking stealth away from the Bosmer is like taking magic away from the Altmer, making Nords allergic to mead, or making Orcs pretty.4 -

Yeah, I have to depend on my Khajiits to do what my Bosmer was once rightfully capable of.
