Befoul Champion points

This are not effecting Dark Flare and they should.

Make sure you’re calculating it right. Getting up to 1% in befoul doesn’t give your target 1% less healing. It gives your minor and major debuff a 1% increase. So 1% of either 15% or 30% isn’t a big enough increase to see the % change. 10% into befoul will give minor a 1% increase and major a 3% increase

I have no tools for checking this. Thank you so much for getting back to me. If you could please check behind the scenes. My Stamina friend this changed his tool tip he said. It does not change the tool tip on Dark flare. I knew how it changes percentage. I have like 84pts in it and watch people hit heal for over 10k in pvp isteantly. I'm just asking if you could please look under the hood and see that it is working as intended.
