Mount Stamina dropping to zero almost instantly in Cyrodiil

I was riding in Cyrodiil a few minutes ago with a character whose mount stamina is 55. For the first 15 seconds the stamina rate dropped as usual when the shift key was pressed , then it dropped instantly to zero bringing me back to the top speed my mount. Is anyone else experiencing this?

    On my 0 stamina char, the horse stam in Cyro drops from 100 > 0% in 6-7 seconds, it is awful...

On PS5 I am also a Master Crafter, all traits done and learned, Jewelry crafting done. all Motifs learned on PS5 except for maybe two-three Motifs.     Well ZOS found a fix for it.....STAMINA RIDING UPGRADES ON SALE IN CROWN STORE NOW!!!!!
