We Keep Getting Randomly Disconnected

Occurs when internet speeds are sufficient (400down/20up), IP address is relatively static (doesn't change with multiple launches), and occurs any time of day or night. Gameplay will last anywhere between 2-30 minutes, and the longest period I've been able to last is about an hour before being disconnected. Internet Service Provider doesn't give us manual control over TCP/UDP so that won't work for most (if not all) of us.
