Anyone else not getting tickets?

I killed the last boss, the tickets were there and I hit the R button to collect but I have the same number of tickets that I started with.

Grinding just make you go in circles.

12/12 is the cap so you need to spend them at impressario before you can pick up more. The tickets go straight into your bag once you kill and loot last boss of imperial prison or white gold tower. I think the event is nearly over1 -

madman65✭✭✭✭Please carefully read my first comment, same number of tickets. I went into Imperial City Prison about an hour after reset, checked my tickets and I had 6/12. Opened the chest from the boss and seen the tickets. It required me to use the R button to collect and I did. I went back to Deshaan and was going to buy one to get a total of 10 but still had 6/12. ESO just lost some money, Funny Right!0
