Clarification on skills for aoe test

@ZOS_GinaBruno could we please get clarification on what is classed by ZOS as an aoe or why a single target skill is classed as one, if we take 2 skills to start and there is load across the game, first is dk chains unrelenting grip, it clearly targets one person and can only do 1 thing at a time ether pull them to you or do damage but not both, the 2nd is crushing shock a single target skill that was classed as not an aoe in the first test but is classed as an aoe in the 2nd, iam not having ago i am just after a set preamateur from zos and what skills are really
