Sentinel of Rkugamz or Symphony of Blades for a Breton Warden healer to help with team sustain?

You need both. Sometimes you have a tank that is running symphony, so you can slot sentinel and your group sustain will benefit from have both active. Always have a few monster helm sets for different scenarios, and depending on what your other healer can run in a raid setting.

I personaly like symphony over sentinel. I eestore move I believe and works on mobile allies instead of just standing still in a small circle. It is also very easy to proc and more reliable. Sentinel sometimes proc in unwanted locations.

    This.

If you had to only pick 1, it depends what your focus and group is like.

Sentinel has half it's budget focussed on the heal over time, so naturally the sustain it offers is much less, about a third if we assume they're both up off CD. It's a ground based aoe so it requires good positioning from your group. It's consistent in that there is no real conidtion, so it should be up 50% of the time, helping overall sustain and healing.

Symphony is fully focussed on sustain so it offers 3x the power if we assume it was up off CD, however it probably won't be due to the -50% resource requirement. It automatically applies to allies without the need for positioning and it will help them when they need it most.

IMO, Symphony is a better sustain set overall, fire and forget, there when you need it, no need for positioning, more overall sustain (3x), the missing heal is negligible as over healing is very easy to achieve in this game.

Sentinal might be better if you're just starting out as a healer, the hot can help.

    No.

I'm **** tired of farming Undaunted right now. I'm trying to get another piece for my tank, and I've already wasted close to 100 keys so far thanks to the stupid and nonsensical RNG of the Undaunted chests.

So it's either Sentinel or Symphony. And so far Symphony is winning.

Symphony is definitely better, but only if you don't already have it in group. Sentinel Has a small heal attached to it but tbh if dds need it, it usually means they are not stacked well/stand in stupid too much and then I am skeptical about them getting the heal and resources.

I feel this answer in my soul right here. After farming undaunted for 2 stam DPS and 2 mag DPS I am about to start farming it for healer and tank gear soon. Never mind the fact that I’m still farming trails gear for the 4 DPS I do have now I’ve also added the healer and tank gear to the never ending farm list.

Thankfully double drops during event right now to get that leeching and SPC. Though so far it’s been only helms and shoulders.

Well, doesn't tanks usually wear Lord Warden or something else tanky-like instead of healer-like? And what would a DD do with either set?

I don't do Trials for now, but I'd consider switching and getting Sentinel (or other set) eventually in the future when I'm in the mood for them. Right now I'm just looking for the best set for dungeons/overworld content.

Yes, Lord Warden is the most prominent tank monster set right now. Chudan can also be very useful if you need a slot.
The healer typically wears Symphony or Rkugamz.
DDs use Maw, Zaan, Selene or Velidreth.

All my tanks wear symphony because 80% of healers in vDLC dungeons don't.

Just a thought, but I don't think it's proper to expect someone to have every DLC option at the ready. I don't have that set nor several others because I don't have access to that content, or I just haven't taken any time to do it, like how I avoid trials.

I'm not really a 'meta' chaser either but I still want to be effective in my role, so my Nightblade currently wears Spell Power Cure, Torug's Pact, and whatever monster set is appropriate. The most used for me are Skoria if I don't need more healing, Sentinel if the group seems to stay together at all for more than two seconds, And Nightflame when more healing is needed and everyone spreads out often.

Totally fine if you're not tackling DLC HM dungeons. It was meant as a joke. I would advise against Skoria, though. Sentinel and Nightflame are excellent choices, anyway.

Just white-Gold Tower/Imperial City Prison so far, and duo-ed Normal Black Rose Prison one time with a friend. It worked for my Nightblade due to all the dots in effect. Lightning wall(Shock Enchant), Twisting path, Debilitate(if not using Elemental Drain), and Degeneration(Major Sorcery). It's just enough to trigger the set for a little more passive damage. I also accept the change from Health to Spell Penetration, which dropped my Health to just under 20k but allows Funnel Health to hit the slightest bit harder to boost it's healing output as well.

Probably not really noticeable but it's still usable in my setup, that's all.

Depends, on content you are playing with.

Personally, I think Sentinel does really well in dungeons as it's going proc more often. Still this same proc is harder to reach trials of you group moves around likes headless Chickens.

WGT is really easy. Prison a bit less, but also rather relaxed. Same for Cradle. The somewhat new DLC dungeons are a league above, though. SCP, DoM, UHG and so on are quite tough.
But, good work regardless! Don't wanna diminish your work. Just comparatively, the older ones are easy. You'll see what I mean when you're in the new dungeons with HM on. (^_^)'
